The Green Valley Amateur Radio Club Sunday Evening Net
Join Mike, AK7MN, on the Sunday evening 2m Net on the Keystone Peak Repeater (W7AI). This is a “rag chew” net of sorts. Often there is a short topic to talk about. He is always wanting other suggestions. Please feel free to send him topics you might like to talk about.
The Green Valley Amateur Radio Club Net (known as The Cookie Net) meets every Sunday night at 6:30pm on 2 meters at 146.62 [-600 PL 156.7].
Anyone is free to join in on the net to pass along ideas that they may have, or if they need information pertaining to the club or amateur radio.
Participants are requested to check in when requested, Even if you just plan to listen in.
NCS (Network Control Station) has opted to use the word “Comment” instead of "Traffic". Thus a normal check in will be "Your Call" with or without Comment. He will still call the station with comments first and then move on to all checked in stations asking for a short transmission from each.
