The Museum's 50 year old Discone antenna preformed very well with lots of 5 and 9 plus signal reports all over the North American Continent, There where even pile ups of station waiting to contact N7GV.
Several Operators including John AC7JM contacted 85 SSB stations from about 8:30 to 2:00. Not bad for a 50 year old antenna. with a bunch of hungry Ham operators
