We had an impromptu get together at the Titan Missile Museum Discone Antenna Friday December 4th, 2009, starting about 9.30 AM.
We had a schedule with N5P, a special event station at the New George H.W. Bush National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg Texas.
The GVARC is honored by having a Club member NX2L Joe who served as a radio man on a USN Destroyer in WWll.
Joe was present to make the contact, as well as a few others.
