On Sunday, June 6th, the Green Valley Amateur Radio Club held a transmitter and geocache hunt.
With the thermometers showing 103, we met in the SAV parking lot and the geocachers will started their hunt at 1:30 p.m. with the transmitter hunters starting at 2:00 p.m.
Linda Epstein was first to find the cache and Joe Pinter and Erich Preager were first to find the transmitter.
Following the hunt we met at Carls Jr. to review, "The thrill of victory or the agony of defeat."
