Congratulations to Lloyd Miller N7GV.

As the President of GVARC I rely on Lloyd's advice to steer me in the proper direction.

I remember very well my first year as President not knowing which way to turn or what to do.

Without Lloyd I am sure I would have stumbled many more times.

Events like picnics, Special Event Stations, Field Day, Boy Scout Camporee, to name only a few, have always had Lloyd's "steady as you go" guidance.

Thank You Lloyd for all you have done for me and the GVARC.

Congratulations on being 2007 HAM OF THE YEAR. No one deserves it more.

Gene Schouweiler WØKAD
President GVARC

Lloyd,
I have been a ham for over 50 years and never have I seen a more dedicated person to their hobby than you. I would have never gone after and passed my Extra class License had it not be for you. I salute you as 2007 AZ Ham of the Year.

About13 years ago, when I was in SAV, we (SAV) decided to build a Mobile Command Post. We bought a 27 foot Airstream trailer for this purpose. Lloyd and I designed the communications system and installed it in the trailer. Lloyd's ingenuity and effort included a unique antenna installation that served us very well. Since that time, we have traded tubes, miscellaneous information and test equipment. Thanks to Lloyd's fine training abilities, I now have my Extra license.

He certainly deserves being the ARIZONA HAM OF THE YEAR! Congratulations, Lloyd Miller.

Lloyd,
I want to join the ranks of those who congratulate you on your well-deserved award. From the day I first contacted you from Northern California you have been a seemingly inexhaustible source of answers, help, equipment and knowledge. You seem to be several places at one time, helping everyone. To say thank you is not enough.
